There are two biggest risks: risking too little or risking too much. By building this, I'm choosing the second one.

I have led projects, programmes and enterprise PMOs - a PMO is a project management office that helps teams align priorities, governance and delivery - across energy, infrastructure, manufacturing, real estate, IT, clinical research, telecommunications and other sectors. I have set up project management offices from scratch, overseen a portfolio of around 300 projects worth more than €500m, led a €152m infrastructure programme with 40+ professionals, and worked with shareholders, boards, contractors, suppliers and regulators on some of Lithuania's most complex infrastructure initiatives.

Built by selecting people myself

The part I'm proudest of isn't the budgets or the frameworks. It's the teams. As Head of a Project Management Department, I led 17 professionals - and I recruited and selected every project manager myself. The team achieved one of the highest eNPS scores in the company. eNPS, in plain words, asks your own people one thing: would you recommend working here? When the people you picked say yes, you know you picked well.

Choosing people and then staying accountable for how they perform teaches you what no keyword search can: a strong CV is only the beginning. Judgement under pressure, honest communication and the trust of contractors and suppliers decide whether a project succeeds. That is exactly what I look for in every match.

Why personal matchmaking

Great project management is more than spreadsheets, schedules and status reports. It takes domain expertise, judgement, empathy, communication and the ability to build trust. rentPM exists so companies spend less time searching and screening - and more time working with the right person, matched by a human, not filtered by keywords.

For project and product managers

Project managers usually lead without authority - I have lived that for fifteen years. That's why I also mentor, coach and train project and product managers. My biggest success so far: one of my mentees went on to become a CEO. You'll find the details on the Join the hive page.

The core values I believe in

Influence builds leadership - that is what I believe about project and product management. You cannot order trust; you earn it. And behind every influence are the core values I look for in every project and product manager I match, and try to live by myself: empathy, excellence, integrity and a servant mindset.

Empathy

Understand people

Excellence

Earn trust in delivery

Integrity

Choose the right thing

Servant mindset

Help the whole team win

Why now - and why it is personal

We are living through a significant transition in how work gets done. AI is taking over parts of the work people have built careers on - the reporting, the data, the analysis. I feel it personally, because these are people I have led, hired and mentored. Technology enables. People deliver. rentPM makes it happen - and the people part is what I want to help with. It's not a side service for me. It's the part I care about most.

Mentoring and coaching are shaped around your individual challenges. Training and workshops can also support a whole team. For business support, explore Rent me; for individual career support, visit Join the hive.

Engagements

Temporary and permanent positions alike.

The same personal judgement goes into every match, whether you need someone for three months or for good - interim leadership, fixed-term delivery, part-time support, consulting and consulting on demand, or a permanent hire, where the right match matters even more. For permanent roles I also headhunt: when the right person isn't applying, I find them and approach them myself.

Flexible work should be open to everyone. I never ask about age or family circumstances - only experience, availability and preferences.
