A PMO - project management office - brings structure to how your company runs projects. I offer PMO setup and enhancement, governance and enterprise risk management. PMO health checks and PMO maturity analysis and recommendations show what works today and where to improve. An Agile PMO supports teams working in short cycles without losing sight of business priorities. With PMO as a Service, I provide ongoing support without you having to build a full office first.

Project selection starts with a simple question: which work is worth doing? I help you compare priorities, costs, benefits and risks, then build the business case your board needs to decide. I also map how work flows today and choose an implementation method that fits: predictive means planning ahead when the work is clear; adaptive means learning and adjusting as you go. Sometimes a mix of both makes the most sense.
